How this website currently handles data

  • The website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.
  • The contact form validates your input in your browser. Until a delivery service is configured, it runs in demo mode and does not transmit or store your message anywhere.
  • If a delivery service is configured in the future, information you submit (name, email, organization, role, inquiry type, and message) will be sent to that service so the Worldmind team can respond. This page will be updated to name the service and explain how data is handled.

Our privacy principles for products

Worldmind designs intelligent systems around privacy-first design, authorized access, controlled camera access, data minimization, secure connectivity, and human oversight. In hospitality, guest rooms are never to be inspected or monitored while guests are present.
