Intelligence for the Physical World.

We build intelligent systems that connect AI, computer vision, autonomous agents, and robotics — enabling machines to understand their surroundings and act in the real world.

Imagining the Future.

Our vision

Beyond Artificial Intelligence on a Screen.

For most people, AI still lives behind a screen. It can write, summarise, and answer — but it cannot see the room you are standing in, notice what has changed, or lift a finger to help.

We believe the next chapter of AI happens in the physical world: intelligent systems that observe, remember, reason, and act through cameras, sensors, edge devices, autonomous agents, and robots.

AI on a screen

  • Responds to prompts typed by people
  • Works with text, files, and digital data
  • Lives inside apps, browsers, and chat windows
  • Cannot see a room or take a physical step

Intelligence in the physical world

  • Perceives spaces through cameras and sensors
  • Understands objects, context, and change
  • Remembers environments over time
  • Acts through devices and robots — with people in charge

From observation to collaboration

Seven capabilities an intelligent physical system needs. Select a step to see it in context.

  1. 01

    Observe

Take in the environment through cameras, sensors, and connected devices.

A camera and room sensors capture the current state of a space.

  2. 02

    Understand

Turn raw signals into meaning — objects, people, spaces, and situations.

“The bed is made, one towel is missing, the floor is clear.”

  3. 03

    Remember

Keep context over time: what changed, what is normal, and what happened before.

This room usually has four towels; the lamp was reported faulty last week.

  4. 04

    Reason

Weigh observations against goals, standards, and constraints.

A missing towel is a housekeeping issue; a damp ceiling stain could be a leak.

  5. 05

    Decide

Choose a sensible next step — and know when to ask a person instead.

Return the room to housekeeping, and flag the stain for maintenance review.

  6. 06

    Act

Carry out tasks through software, connected devices, or robotic systems.

Create a work order, notify the right team, and update the room status.

  7. 07

    Collaborate

Work alongside people and other intelligent systems, with humans in charge.

A supervisor reviews the evidence and makes the final call.

Our technology ecosystem

Four divisions. One intelligent system.

Each division owns one layer of the stack. Together they connect perception, reasoning, and physical action — and apply them to real operational needs.

How Worldmind works

From the physical world to intelligent action.

Signals flow up from cameras and sensors, decisions flow out to agents and robots, and people stay in control at every step. Select a layer to see what happens there.

Worldmind Intelligence

Intelligence

Worldmind Intelligence combines perception with context and memory. Agents reason about goals and constraints, decide on next steps, and orchestrate other agents, devices, and software through integrations.

Making Hotel Room Inspections Smarter.

Our first application is the Hotel Inspection Agent — a concept that verifies room readiness after guest checkout and housekeeping, inspects the room using authorized robotic or visual systems, identifies issues, and generates a structured report for human supervisors.

  1. 01Room verified vacant

Checkout, vacancy, and housekeeping completion are confirmed — and inspection is authorized.

  2. 02Structured inspection

Bathroom, bedroom, amenities, and room condition are checked against the property’s standard.

  3. 03Evidence-based report

Findings are classified and paired with evidence images, ready for action.

  4. 04Supervisor decides

A human supervisor reviews the report and approves the room or assigns follow-up.

Privacy & safety

Intelligence With Responsibility.

Systems that see and act in real spaces must earn trust. These principles shape every Worldmind system from the start.
  • Privacy-first system design

Privacy is a design requirement from the first sketch, not a setting added at the end.

  • Authorized access

Systems operate only in spaces, at times, and for purposes that have been explicitly authorized.

  • Human oversight

People review recommendations and make the final decisions on outcomes that matter.

  • Responsible AI

Clear limits, explainable findings, and honest communication about what systems can and cannot do.

  • Secure connectivity

Encrypted, authenticated connections between devices, agents, and cloud services.

  • Controlled camera access

Cameras activate only for authorized tasks, with access restricted to the people who need it.

  • Data minimization

Collect only what a task needs, keep it only as long as necessary, and process locally where possible.

  • Safety-aware robotics

Robots designed to move predictably, yield to people, and stop safely when uncertain.

Hospitality commitment

Guest rooms are never inspected while guests are present.

The Hotel Inspection Agent is designed so that no guest room is actively inspected or monitored while it is occupied. An inspection can only begin when every one of these conditions is met:

  1. 1

    Verified checkout

The hotel system confirms the guest has checked out.

  2. 2

    Confirmed vacancy

The room is confirmed empty — no guest or belongings present.

  3. 3

    Housekeeping complete

Housekeeping has marked the room as cleaned and ready.

  4. 4

    Explicit authorization

Inspection is authorized for this room, at this time.

If any condition is missing or uncertain, the inspection does not start and the case is passed to a person.
